ABOUT

Tomas Ponsteen studied Documentary Directing at the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam. His graduation documentary Filho won the VPRO Documentary Award at the Keep an Eye Film Festival 2022.

 

In that same year he got selected for IDFA Project Space, an intensive 6-month development trajectory of the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam.

Currently he is developing a new documentary with producer Tangerine Tree and broadcaster Human.
